	Automatic Leak Compensation - The e500 automatically compensates for gas leaks and keeps the PEEP/CPAP (Pbase) pressure level stable, so Trigger can be set very sensitively without auto-triggering.

The e500 GDM also allows the user to plot a quasi-static pressure volume curve, using the One Touch 90-second Slow Inflation feature on the e500 ventilator control panel. The Wave/ Loop Freeze with Cursor function allows the user to run a movable cursor over any curve to gather valuable diagnostic data. This simple technique provides precise analysis of time, pressure, volume or flow at any point in the breath.
